At Skin Goat, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Made-to-Order Products

All Skin Goat skate skins are produced after an order is placed. This means:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for made-to-order products

  • We do not offer refunds once production has started

Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
