How to Apply Your Skins
Watch first — it takes 60 seconds.
Let the package reach room temperature first. Then apply indoors, somewhere warm and dry.
What you'll need
- Clean cloth or paper towel
- A sharp craft knife
- Hairdryer (optional, but helpful)
- Patience and a steady hand
Give yourself 30 minutes — no rush, just focus.
Step by step
Wipe the boot clean and let it dry.
Gently peel the skin from the backing paper.
Start at the heel. Press from the center outwards with a soft cloth, into every curve and edge.
⚠ Sharp knife — if you're under 16, get an adult to do this part.
Cut along the outside of the seam. Go slow — you can always trim more.
Warm the skin lightly with a hair dryer while pressing it down.
Let the glue set for a full day first.
