By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Customization

Our products are made to order and produced according to the customer’s individual choices (such as design, color, name and/or number).

All previews are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in local currency and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Production starts shortly after confirmation and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

This does not affect your right to file a complaint if the product is defective or incorrect.

Complaints

If your product is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production and shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

All designs, images, texts and trademarks on this website are the property of Skin Goat AB and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
