At Skin Goat, all products are made to order. This means each order is produced specifically for you before shipping.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
During peak periods, limited editions, or campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete.

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information where available.


Delays

Skin Goat is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or force majeure


Incorrect Shipping Information

Skin Goat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
